كيف يعمل
Hexarelin is a synthetic hexapeptide that acts on the ghrelin/GH-secretagogue receptor to stimulate a strong pulse of growth-hormone release. Research has also explored possible cardiac effects independent of GH. Human clinical evidence beyond short studies is limited, and tolerance to its GH effect can develop with continued use.
