How it works
Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the first 29 amino acids of GHRH. It stimulates the pituitary to release growth hormone in a pulsatile, physiological pattern, and has historically been studied in growth-hormone deficiency and as a diagnostic agent. Because it works upstream, endogenous feedback loops remain involved.
