Assessment answers: when you use our matching assessment, we collect the answers you provide (such as your goals and general preferences) so we can suggest suitable licensed clinics.

Lead-capture details: if you ask to be connected to a clinic, we collect the name and WhatsApp number you provide so a clinic can contact you.

Usage and analytics data: like most websites, we collect basic analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

To match your assessment answers to suitable DHA- and DOH-licensed clinics.

To refer you to a clinic you have chosen. Referrals are delivered to the clinic through an automated webhook that records your details in a Google Sheet used by our team and the receiving clinic.

To operate, secure and improve the website, including analytics and troubleshooting.

Anthropic API: assessment answers may be processed by Anthropic’s AI service to help generate clinic matches. This processing is used to analyse your responses, not to sell your data.

Clinics receiving referrals: when you choose to be connected, the clinic you selected receives the contact details you provided so they can respond to you.

Hosting and infrastructure: our site is hosted on Vercel, and referral data is stored in Google Sheets. These providers process data on our behalf.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. You may also ask us to stop contacting you or to withdraw a referral where it has not yet been acted on.

We keep lead-capture and referral data only for as long as needed to complete the referral and for reasonable record-keeping, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
