How it works

Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It stimulates the pituitary to release growth hormone in a pulsatile, more physiological pattern, which in clinical trials reduced visceral adipose tissue (notably in HIV-associated lipodystrophy). Effects on body composition build over months.
